Mr. Prateek Choudhary
Managing Partner, FCA, DISA, FAFD, B.Com
Prateek Choudhary is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a member since 2015. He has completed the Certified Course on “Diploma in Information System Audit”, “Concurrent Audit of Bank”, “Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection – FAFD”, and “Course on GST”. Further, he also holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce.
- He is the Key Partner at the head office of DAC & Co., a Chartered Accountancy Firm located at Surat.
- He is currently handling Banking assignments such as Statutory Audit, Forensic Audit, Concurrent Audit, Stock Audit with extreme efficiency.
- Furthermore, he holds the expertise in the complex field of Indirect Taxation and has been handling the GST Clients since his appointment as a partner in the firm.
- He also administers the Direct Taxation department and manages several Tax Audits each year.
Mrs. Ayushi Modi

Ayushi Modi has been a Chartered Accountant since 2018. She is determined and zealous about her work. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

- She oversees the work in the Direct Tax Department such as Filing of IT Returns and
Tax Audits along with responding to queries at the Hyderabad Branch. - She further handles the Audit works related to bank assignments in Hyderabad.
Mrs. Richa Vaniyawala

Richa is a young Chartered Accountant enrolled as a member of ICAI in 2015. She is a very hardworking and energetic Chartered Accountant who likes to work in a time-bound manner. She is independently handling the work of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax which includes the work of Income Tax returns, TDS returns, Finalization of Books of Accounts, Tax Audit under the Income Tax Act, and Statutory Audit under the Companies Act.
